Every product is made with love, care, and the highest quality ingredients. Because our products are perishable and made-to-order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, offer exchanges, or issue refunds for any of our baked goods.

Why No Returns or Refunds?

Due to the nature of our products:

    •    Pastries are perishable and custom-made.

    •    Once an items leaves our premises or has been delivered, we can no longer guarantee its condition.

    •    Each order is handcrafted specifically for you, which means we cannot restock or resell it.

Damages After Pickup or Delivery

Once your order is picked up or delivered, DINING WITH COURT is no longer responsible for any damage that may occur during transportation, handling, or storage by the customer.
