What should I expect when coming?
There are typically 16 guests in total. Food comes out in waves, with some preparation in-between, so that makes it for a very slow moving night vs dine and dash. Typically guests stay for about 4hrs. Most people don’t know other people coming, which makes the group feel different each time. And should assure you that everyone else is most definitely also nervous about coming and doing this whole “meeting new people” thing. Conversation flows depending on the unique people there, some nights are more talk to your neighbor or side of the table feel, and some are full table convo, and some have a blend of both.
What dietary restriction do you accommodate?
My main focus is always highlighting seasonal produce, so veggies typically are the focus, meat/fish more a rarity. I’m happy to accommodate for those with gluten, dairy, nut, soy, vegetarian, pescatarian, and vegan diets.
COVID?
My household is up-to-date on all COVID-19 vaccinations. Otherwise, its honor code. Stay home if you feel unwell for any reason, and are currently positive for COVID.
I’m no longer able to attend!
Tickets are non refundable. If you are unable to attend, you can transfer the tickets to someone else. In the event there is a waitlist and we are able to fill your seat within 24hrs of cancellation, we will gladly issue a refund. OR you are able to have your tickets held for a future event (must be used within 90 days).
